Pacific West Capital (PWC) is approved with many wholesale lenders offering competitive interest rates on residential mortgages in California. PWC will help you to obtain the loan rate and pricing which you are quoted by email.

You can create a username to securly login to your own private area, complete a loan application and upload your loan documentation. You will be able to start a loan application in the system, and complete it later if you desire, or complete it in one sitting. Once your documentation and application is complete, PWC will import your data into loan processing software and work on your application and disclosures for you. You will receive these by email and you will need to be able to print these out, review, make any corrections, and return with your signatures and dates. Unless you don't have email access, you agree to accept disclosures electronically delivered by our wholesale lenders and confirm their delivery.

Alternatively, if you do not have access to email, PWC will mail your paperwork to you. PWC can complete the processing on your loan and have it funded in as little as 3 weeks depending on the availability of a local appraiser in your area. PWC requires payment for credit at time of application, and a credit card is required to order the appraisal on your home. In certain cases, an appraisal waiver may be availble and this depends on the findings of the automated underwriting system used to underwrite your loan. Rate locks are good for 30 days on refinance transactions and up to 60 days on purchase loans. There is no charge to lock a rate, however we must have your signed paperwork back.
